Be very careful dealing with Ideal Feet. You do not get a refund if the product does not remedy your foot issues.

I lost $447.10 with these folks in Charlotte, NC. Would hate to see anyone else do the same.

The sales person came off as tho she knew more than a doctor. Wish I hadn't fallen for the "hoo-doo" she served up. These people are NOT trained in any medical fashion. They are "footologist" which translates to youre not gonna get out of this store without spending. Shoes are overpriced as well. Beware of their tactics!

I lost $750! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Ideal Feet.

They do not have a corporate office to contact. "Andy" is the only contact and he puts you off until the location you bought from closes and then states they are no longer responsible for any item having to do with that location.

Very fraudulent company! After reading more and more complaints they seem to mak etheir moeny by ripping people off!

All I can say is don't fall for it! It's cheap plastic people.

Probably costs $30 from china. They charge $400 and then back down and sell you used ones from there! It's all sales and a dog and pony show.. Pushing down on your hands to show you that your balance is off.

Folks..

It's a gimmick! No refunds for your gullibility.

We just got back from Ideal Feet here in Houston, where mgr. Fred and associate Brandon, went way beyond the extra mile to be sure we were satisfied with the exchanges we rec'd for free, as the original shoes and inserts did not work for my 90 year old mother.

They were adamant that we come back if over the next few weeks, Mom was still not satisfied.

There had been more than 90 days since purchase, but they helped us and again, educated us. Hopefully, these inserts will work for Mom's issue(s) with her feet and balance better than the last, but certainly Fred and his associates are doing their best to make it happen.

I just spent $400.00 from an actual Orthopedic dr for inserts for my child. Were told upon purchase that these inserts should last her 2 years but would need new ones around that time.

Went to pick them up and was told we would need to spend another $80 if we wanted them to be covered for 2 years. We were like (OMG).

Like hidden costs are what.

Spoke to someone from Ideal Feet after I purchased the inserts and they were very helpful in EDUCATING me on how Inserts work.

I was advised once I had the inserts to come by and the Mgr would assist me. Maybe I am a little too trustworthy on this, but my child has Down Syndrome and so does his.

I wish I had visited this site earlier. I just fell for the bait myself - I guess I was desperate for a solution, but for $450, I could have purchased a pallet of gel inserts.

Ideal Feet lets you try their product for free and make your own buying decision. Their shoes are the exact same suggested retail price as any other store.

There return policy is very good if you listen and go back before 90 days. I don't know of any other place that would be that generous.

the problem is they do not honor their refund policy!!! I have been trying to my refund for six months after returning the product within 30 days as my receipt stated.

The location closed and now the corporate office has no"affiliation" with them any more.

Therefor, no refund. They didn't even respond to my BBB complaint filed.

Happy customers post is somewhat questionable. Durable medical equipments need physician prescriptions to be paid for by the insurance companies.

Insurance companies need a NPI number from the doc's to bill for the equipment. So, if the $600 orthotics is not covered by the insurance company, the $400 dollar one from the mall without a physician prescription/NPI number is very unlikely to be covered by insurance.

I literally could not walk for about for about 6 months. It started out as a slight pain on my heal the family doctor suggested Dr.

Scholls gel heal supports because I may have a bone spur. It did not help and continued to get worse until finally I went to the podiatrist who diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and tried to sell me a $600.00 custom orthotics that will not be covered by the insurance. I did not have the money so I shopped at the store for the rigid arch supports and these provided some relief. I heard about Ideal Feet so I went to the store went through the sales pitch and games and left because of the $400 price.

The girl was helpful because she told me that the insurance would cover the cost. So I called the insurance preapproval department and got all the details to get approved. Then I purchased the inserts. I have been using them for the past three years and my plantar fasciitis does not trouble me anymore.

I do a lot of hiking and have gone through three pairs of hiking boots but the inserts are still going strong.

I joke with my wife that if my shoes get stolen the thief better leave my inserts behind otherwise I would be really pissed, it costs $400. By the way the insurance did reimburse me for the $400.00.

Went to ideal feet Store in Louisville and got evaluated. However the So called FOOT SPECIALIST WAS A SCAMMER> LETS DO THE BALANCE TEST>>> FAKE misbalanced push down on my hands.

Went along with it and finally go tot business. How MUCh $500. I LOL WE have a special she said 399.00 Lifetime warranty. May i ask what a lifetime warranty does for anyone or business that is not going to be around?

Got a blank stare..... Just be aware...

Not for everyone. I am going to pay 350 for true custom fit orthodits not 400 hundred for ready made to size orthodits!
