Ideal Feet in Tulsa is gone. No notice to customers, even those that bought their extended plans. This stinks!
Arch Supports Adjustment Review
I went today to get adjusted during my lunch break and those bastards at Ideal Feet cowardly closed their doors without no notice. I did feel better after I was adjusted but now I feel everything they said was a lie.

purchased Ideal Feet arch supports in 2013 for over $500. Had excellent service for the first year, however, in 2014, began to notice less help with less experience in the ser vice being provided. Today, 11-4-2014, I went for service and find that the outlet in Louisville, Ky closed 6 or more months ago. No notification was provided. In addition to purchasing the arch supports for myself, had also purchased for my spouse. That is a total investment in excess of $1,000! And now, no support service is available and according the information I am finding on line, no support even in the state?
I expect much better service than this for that type of investment.

Store in Louisville, Ky suddenly went out of business
My husband bought the Ideal Feet system about 3 years ago and was happy with the results. Last June (2013) I purchased the inserts and a pair tennis shoes.
Later that year my daughter also purchased the inserts. I was never completely satisfied and did not get any relief from the foot and knee pain I was experiencing. Earlier this year (2014) I saw a podiatrist for a planters wart and got his opinion on the inserts. He told me they were way to high for my arch as I have had arthritis for many years and my bones in my feet were not going to move.
I took them back and was given a lower arch for my tennis shoe inserts but did not replace the smaller support to wear with sandals as it was winter time. When I went to the store in the Spring there was a sign on the door that they were closed on Wednesdays so I went back about a week later on another day of the week and found the notice that the store was closed for apparently not paying the rent. I then went on line to see what our options were for replacement inserts and have never been able to get anywhere with anyone. The only number I ever get through to is a store in Texas who has no interest in helping me.
I was told each store is owned individually and as far as he knew I had no recourse. Do not buy anything from Ideal Feet. First of all I think it's just a coincidence if they fit you properly and have no training when it comes to people having other issues with there feet other then flat feet. Second you sign a lengthy form that gives you no opportunity for returns.
Thirdly if the store closes there is no corporate office that stands behind their produce.
If there is I wish I knew how to reach them. My family has invested or thrown away more than $1,500.00 in this product that I sure wish we had back.

Verified Reviewer | Alexander, ArkansasStore closed with no notice to current customers and no explanation.
I changed the location to Little Rock, Arkansas but I see that the location was changed to Alexander, AR - this is incorrect.
I purchased the inserts for my son a couple of years ago and they worked for him. He has been wearing them constantly and now that he needs replacements, the store is closed and there is no one to contact.
I say that because I see another review that someone posted saying they contacted the Ideal Feel corporate office and they were told that they have nothing to do with the store after they are licensed to sell the product.
This makes the lifetime warranty worthless so don't waste your money. They have their customers contact information on file so there is no reason whatsoever that they would not at least contact those customers.
Ideal Feet - Arch Supports Review
I went to ideal feet after bunion surgery. I had some moderate pain in my right foot and after looking at my feet, they told me arch supports would help alleviate my pain.
I am now four pairs of arch supports later and six months down the road. Now both feet hurt tremendously and I can barely walk barefooted. This has occurred since the first set of supports and every time they make an adjustment, my feet seem to get worse. It is now very apparent why they do not offer a moneyback program.
They know their system won't work! Now I get to go in and buy $700 worth of shoes which will probably hurt my feet also.
No refund after 8 months
First, Ideal Feet will not refund your credit card immediately.
Second, Ideal Feet takes a 30% restocking fee. Restocking is no different than trying on a different pair.
Third, they took back the merchandise without giving me a refund after 8 months. Ideal Feet has the item I paid for and they have my money.
Fourth, I don't think the inserts work.
Fifth, I have called several times to be put off. "Refunds are coming the second week of May." Today is July 1, 2014 with no refund. This started in December of 2013.
Ideal Feet should be taken to court in a class action lawsuit.
Bad Blisters
Everything was going great then one day i got a bad blister. I went in to get adjustment they gave me new inserts. The new insert gave me even bigger blister.
I am on my third set in three days and hurting. I cant get my money back, so what do you do keep trying i guess or that is what they say. I am running out of skin on the arch of my feet. This making it hard to train for a marathon.
I think they should do something for me and every one who has a problem like this. I spent over $700 to be hurting.
Review from Austin, Texas
I bought some of these over priced inserts to help with my flat feet but now I'm having even more pain. Only problem is I dont think they are in Austin Texas anymore. I guess I just have to take the loss :/
Check Number Review
Just got scammed by Ideal feet. Check your receipt they will have a check number on your return receipt making it appear like they gave you a check for your returnwhen they did not.
Bought the inserts for my grandson with the lifetime plan 6 months ago and now can not get any response
The inserts have helped him a ton but now the liner that fits over the insert is worn through. I NEED to get in contact with them and no response at any store!!
Left at least 15 messages no response,. I have tried the corporate, the local , the OK City etc. They have an option for you to leave a message but again no response. If I ran my business that way I would have to close my doors.
Not sure that this is not what happened.
If they have gone out of business then they should also let us know that. I dont have any idea what other company I can get the liners from and this is some kind of a lifetime deal 500.00 POOF
Knee surgery required after using inserts
I was experiencing severe heel pains and purchased inserts for $432.95 at the Austin location in Aug. 2011.
I immediately began having back pain so they fitted me with new inserts. Within one week I began having pain in my left knee so they fitted me with new inserts. I immediately began experiencing swelling in my left knee and ankle and had problems walking. I attempted to obtain a refund and was told this was against company policy.
I contacted their corporate office and they sent new inserts.
Arthroscopic knee surgery was required in Oct. 2011 and I am now having a total right knee replacement in June 2013.
I purchased inserts from the Arlington, Texas stores, did as I was told and 8 days later had to have an MRI. Foot was fractured in several places and am now facing surgery all because of Ideal Feet.
Ideal Feet in Arlington, Texas took my money (almost $700.00) for inserts. Sent me home with the wrong size inserts, had to wait for someone to mail me a different size.
Removed all my inter-soles in all my shoes as I was told to do. I went through there instructions and within 5 days noticed terrible pains in my feet and knees. Went to my primary physician. He sent me for an MRI.
MRI showed that I had stress fractures and the MRI tech and the physician and the surgeon told me it was because of the inserts from Ideal Feet. My husband took the inserts back including the instructions and all the other junk. He was told "No Can Do". I bought them for life and I can keep them for life or throw them away.
Trying to deal with these people is unheard of. I asked for Corporate number and they told me they didn't have a corporate number. Yet when pressed my husband was told he would have to submit his complaint to the store and they would send this complaint and ask for some money back (There is a 30% fee they do not return. That would be about $175.00 they would keep.) to corporate headquarters.
HOW CAN YOU SEND REQUESTS TO CORPORATE BUT NOT HAVE A CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS? This is all they would do for us. The last things was said we would have to wait 90 days from the time they submitted our request before we might receive any monies back. They didn't wait 90 days to clear the Visa for the purchase.
I have called the BBB and they do not have a corporate headquarter address. I believe this is a scam.
Ideal Feet of Austin scam
On March 10, 2012 I went to Ideal Feet of Austin and purchased their product. The salesman JW gave me two receipts to sign.
The first receipt was the Visa, and the second as he explained was a restocking form for corporate to replace the product I purchased. On April 21, 2012, I returned to Ideal Feet of Austin because I was dissatisfied with their product. I explained to them after three weeks of using the product, I had bad pains in my lower back, waist and leg cramps. I also stated that it was hard to walk and sleep for a week.
They wanted me to try another product, but I told them no, that I didn't trust their product, because the pains were so bad and would like my money back. Jason said lets refit you and I said no, I want my money back or I will report you to BBB. Jason asked if I would put that in writing and I said yes. Jason went to the back making it look like I was getting a refund.
While I was waiting, I over heard Brian, the store manager tell another customer the same story about signing a restocking form for the product they had just purchased. After all the customers in the store had left, Brian came out from the back, and told me to call this number 405-285-**** and to leave the store. I Went home and called the number he gave me. You get a voice mail stating that you will receive a call in 24 hrs.
I left the required information the message requested. I received no call back and instead, I received a letter in the mail on April 25, 2012. The letter stated that I was informed of the Customer Satisfaction Policy, and not only was I made aware of the policy, I signed an agreement to that policy. The letter also stated that I refused to allow Ideal Feet to continue to work with me in regards to my issues and concerns.
I went back over all my paperwork and discovered that the restocking form I signed was in fact a Customer Satisfaction Policy. At the time of purchase, Jason, or Brian never made me aware of their policy, instead Jason told me I was signing a restocking form. Jason LIED and deceived me to get me to sign their Customer Satisfaction Policy. During our dispute with the BBB, Mr.
Griffin, the VP/OPS stated in a letter that I refused to allow them to make the product work. My issue was the way Ideal Feet violating the Deceptive Trade Act of 2005 in deceiving and lying to me about falsifying the restocking form, when in fact the form was their no refund policy.
