I purchased a pair of Ideal Feet supports in 2009. I had to be re-fitted a couple of times.

I was actually losing my balance when wearing them. However, I found that after not wearing them for a few months my back and knee pain were getting worse.

So I returned to the store to be re-fitted again only to find the store closed leaving me with a pair of very expensive supports that were supposed to be covered and like so many others here with no where to turn without actually purchasing another pair. I had actually complained to corporate at one time about the customer service I received.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: Product as long as i could get re-fitted.

I didn't like: Lack of knowledge customer service, If you pay more we may be albe to help you, Supposedly lifetime guarantee, Store closing.
